Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of concepts, theories, methods and principles that formed the basis of innovative pedagogical activity of philologists-Ukrainians within the framework of a synergistic approach in education. The author’s model of innovative synergistic-pedagogical activity of a philologist-Ukrainianist has been described. The provisions on which the synergistic approach in the innovative activity of Ukrainianist-teacher in higher education should be based have been formulated.

Synergetic educational innovations are the result of a creative search for nonlinear, creative solutions to pedagogical problems. The cultural and educational product of synergistic pedagogical activity is educational, self-developing original ideas, technologies, forms and methods of education; non-standard approaches in management and communication; broadening of the worldview, increasing the level of culture of thinking, speech and communication; development of talents of all members of the educational process, and pedagogical skills of the teacher-mentor, who, through his / her creative activity, presents himself / herself as an open, self-organizing synergistic system. Since young people are most favorable to the introduction of innovations into the educational process and into the sphere of cultural leisure, there is reason to argue that it is with innovative teachers that innovative students show a more stable interest in creative cooperation. The authors of the article created a concept of innovative synergistic and pedagogical activity of a philologist-Ukrainianist and developed a strategy for its implementation by means of educational and cultural innovations for higher education students of both philological and non-philological specialties.
